Principal, Heath Ragg

Heath is responsible for championing client and vendor partnerships, development of solution focused products, and ensuring the organisation maintains the highest level of customer service. He is also actively involved in day-to-day operations and oversees Myriad IT’s management and projects.


Oracle Consulting Practice Director, Shannon Moir

Shannon is responsible for oversight of the delivery of Oracle solutions including design, implementation and ongoing support. He has direct responsibility for co-ordination of consultants, developers, CNCs and project management. With over 13 years JD Edwards experience, Shannon is dedicated to designing and implementing fast, stable solutions, ensuring Myriad IT’s clients are able to maximise the benefit derived from their IT investment.


Oracle Consulting Practice Manager, Glenn Mansfield

Glenn is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of the Oracle Consulting team which designs, implements and integrates business- and industry-focused solutions across all aspects of the Oracle stack. Glenn will also be responsible for the development and management of strategic partnerships, development of the team and advising clients on the best solutions to meet their business needs.

Having worked in Oracle consulting for over 12 years, Glenn specialises in the delivery of quality, innovative solutions that add tangible business value. He is particularly enthusiastic about helping businesses grow through technology and is always happy to discuss business concerns.


Business Solutions Manager, Paul Griffin

As Business Solutions Manager, Paul is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality business solutions to Myriad IT clients and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. He is particularly focused on Microsoft products such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint and is also responsible for growing Myriad IT’s position in this market.

Paul has worked in IT for over 10 years and joined Myriad IT in 2002 as a Technical Consultant, responsible for supporting JD Edwards clients and developing integration solutions between JD Edwards and third-party systems.


National Accounts Manager, Andrew Bloxsom

Andrew is responsible for nurturing Myriad IT’s relationships with existing and new clients . He ensures a high level of client satisfaction is maintained through site visits, issue resolution, and resource management. He also directs the training and development of Myriad IT consultants in order to achieve this goal.

Before joining Myriad IT in 2010, Andrew spent over 10 years working in the JD Edwards space for entities such as News Ltd and Fisher & Paykel.


Infrastructure Services Practice Manager, Struan Hijner

Struan works with Myriad IT’s clients to design infrastructure solutions, modernise infrastructure, applications and systems, and assist with IT governance and compliance. He is a strong advocate of leveraging technology to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs and is also responsible for managing Myriad IT’s managed services.

With over 10 years’ experience managing IT infrastructure and business systems, Struan has held a range of senior IT manager positions, responsible for the development and implementation of IT strategy at an enterprise level.


Delivery Manager, Adrian Waters

Working directly with the leaders of each of the business lines, Adrian is charged with the transition of projects from sales through delivery and into support as well as project financial management. He leads the existing team of project managers and is also be responsible for ensuring Myriad IT continues to utilise project management best practice.

Adrian brings over 20 years of business leadership in consulting and professional services environments to Myriad IT.
