Myriad IT appoints Client Services Manager to support rapid growth in managed services.

Melbourne – 12th January, Myriad IT is pleased to announce that Carl Wills has recently joined its managed services team as Client Services Manager.

This position has been newly created to support the rapid expansion Myriad IT has seen in its managed services business over the past few months. In the role, Carl will be responsible for client relationship management, implementing processes to support and drive business growth as well as oversight of the expanding support team. He will also be partnering with Myriad IT clients to develop solutions that evolve with business and maximise business benefits for clients.

Carl joins Myriad IT from Intergen (New Zealand) and brings a wealth of experience in building business processes, analytical troubleshooting, and case, incident and service level agreement management.
