Melbourne – 11th December 2014, Myriad IT is pleased to announce it has recently completed the implementation of a comprehensive membership management solution for Tennis Australia.
Myriad IT’s solution, known as myMembership™, was delivered on-premises and based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013. It streamlines membership management & administration and provides Tennis Australia with:
- Comprehensive member management capabilities including for Tennis Australia members including member application, preferences & renewal, mailing list maintenance, newsletter automation and tracking of member activity.
- Customer/Sales activity management for the Business Development Team.
- The ability to connect to members with campaign management, newsletter subscriptions, e-mail & web analytics.
- In-house administration capability.
As part of the project Myriad IT developed and implemented new web portals which interface directly to Dynamics CRM 2013.
