Melbourne – 17th September 2014, Myriad IT is pleased to announce it has been appointed by the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Fund (LMCF) to provide a community foundation focused solution to improve and streamline operations, minimise manual processes and enhance data analysis & reporting.
The LMCF is Australia’s largest independent community foundation. In 2013, it provided grants of $9.27 million to over 500 charities.

To provide LMCF with the comprehensive functionality it requires, Myriad IT’s solution will utilise Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (CRM) hosted in Myriad IT’s data centre, connected to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 (NAV) as the back-end financial system. This will provide LMCF with finance & accounting, donations management & tracking, grant management & evaluation, customer relationship management, event management, and in depth reporting.
The integrated nature of the solution will enable LMCF to quickly realise business benefits by bringing together disparate systems and providing comprehensive data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Myriad IT’s solution also includes a web portal which will allow donors and clients to manage their own personal information, sign up for events, make donations or submit applications for grants. Additionally, the automation of document storage and other tasks will significantly reduce the administrative burden on LMCF staff.
