On-premises solutions require an initial capital investment but clients own their solution. It is best suited to clients who require tight integration with existing systems or who do not want to incur ongoing operating costs.
With cloud solutions, clients access their CRM system online with data stored offsite. Cloud solutions can be hosted by Microsoft or by Myriad IT in its Tier III Australian data centre.
Cloud operating costs are predictable ongoing operating expenses incurred on a per user basis. Investment in infrastructure, back up, or security is not required and the number of users can be scaled to meet business needs.
